How to Use
After cleansing, apply the toner to a cotton pad and gently sweep it over clean, dry skin on the face and neck. Avoid the eye area and do not rinse.
Begin by using it two to three times per week. Increase frequency only if your skin tolerates the formula and the current package directions permit more frequent use. Follow with serum and moisturizer.
